Shipping & Delivery

At Print Your Desire, we are aware of how critical it is that our customers receive their customized printing product on time and in perfect condition. Because of this, we send out all packages utilizing the courier the following business day. The courier that we utilize may change depending on the goods that was bought and the weight or quantity of the package.

When will I receive my item?

Every order is printed and dispatched the following business day; for instance, if you place an order on Monday before midnight, it will be produced and mailed the following Tuesday or Wednesday, and it will be delivered the following Thursday if you pick Standard production speed.

What if something goes wrong?

Although Print Your Desire takes every precaution to ensure that damaged items are delivered as infrequently as possible, accidents can and do happen. To begin, you need to get in touch with us by sending an email to this address: click here and providing specifics about the damage. We would appreciate it if you could take a digital image of the damage to our insurance property as well as any claims against the sender. We may have a need for the item in the carousel, so kindly refrain from throwing it out (if a return is required, we will arrange return delivery.). As soon as we have been alerted of the damage (and have received images of the damage), we will immediately replace the damaged products.

Delivery

Depending on the dimensions and weight of the package, either TCS, Leopard, Trax or Swift will be used to transport your delivery. Your order will reflect the delivery service that was utilized after it is delivered, and the choice of delivery service that we make is entirely up to us.

You will receive an email or SMS notification (if a mobile number is supplied) informing you that your purchase has been updated with a tracking number, and you should make sure that you are present at your residence when the package comes.

Delayed Delivery – Common Issues

The artwork does not match the number of printed parts requested. Please check that you have purchased the correct number of parts and your artwork is compatible with this. We always try to get in touch with our customers when we believe they may have asked for one side to be printed by mistake.


The given address is incomplete. In order to schedule a delivery, we need a full address. This includes house name / number and postal code.


The work of art is of poor quality or the wrong size. We pride ourselves on producing quality products and aim to fully satisfy customers, which we do through quality art. If in doubt you may not be happy with the result of the finished product we will try and contact, you to see if you can offer a high quality artwork.

Print Your Desire cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery if the recipient is not at home or at his or her place of work to receive the item.

If delivery is tried and failed you will need to contact the delivery service to reschedule the delivery of the carousel item or collection in a timely manner.
