Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 4 working days. If 4 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Items that have been personalized, such as cushion coverings, are non-returnable. But in case you received a damage product due to mishandling of package by our courier partner or due to poor packaging, we will issue full refund. In the event that you need to return an item, please send it back to our address in Lahore through courier, and we will refund your account for the amount corresponding to the price of the item.
In the event that you receive a damaged goods, kindly send us a message on WhatsApp at 923184312485. There is no printing in the area around the handle. The print does not go all the way around the black cups. It’s possible that the finished result will turn out a little bit differently owing to differences in the produced image and the design. This is especially true of photos, where the colors tend to be more vibrant. These are not eligible for refunds. The design team has the ability to make executive choices on the layout, and any money paid for such decisions is non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or contact us on WhatsApp and send your item to our address (please keep in mind, customer will bear the shipping charges when returning product).
